Do you have availability?

Our rooms are availability first come first serve. All bookings are made online, this way we can ensure that our room availability system is accurate. If you find a room here and can check out, it is available! If not, try selecting another room style option.

I'm working in the Financial District. Is this a good area for me??

Yes! You will be walking distance to anywhere in the Financial District.

Yes! We are 2 1/2 blocks from Fulton Station, which will give you door-to-door access to Midtown in just 20 minutes.

What trains are you near?

We are 2 1/2 blocks from Fulton Station, which will give you direct access to the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, J, and Z lines. You will also be just blocks away from WTC which will get you to the Path.

I've completed my reservation, what's next?!

After completing your payment and reservation request, we will follow up within 2-3 business days with a housing contract for you to sign and return. If more time has passed and you haven’t received this email, please check your junk folder! If it is not there, please contact us via email or phone and we’ll be happy to help you out!

Will my room be furnished?

Yes! All rooms come fully furnished. Each reservation includes an extra-long bed, its own desk and wardrobe.

What are your rates!?

Our rates depend on your room style preference. We have options for single, double and triple rooms. You can find rates and other information by clicking here.

What is included in the room rates?

The room rate includes all utilities, AC/heat, and water. Fully-furnished rooms include a twin bed, wardrobe unit, desk with chair (per resident), Hi-speed internet, mini refrigerator, microwave and FREE laundry facilities. Our on-site Residence Life Staff is on call 24/7 for emergencies. There are on-going activities and social events planned throughout the Summer residence season. Please visit the rooms page for full details.

Who receives our special Move-in Kit and what does it include?

Every member of our community receives our special Move-in Kit. Our entire experience is designed to make sure your 10-week experience here in New York is as convenient and successful as possible. Because of this, we have put together what we feel is the complete package so upon arrival you can put your bags down and get out the door to enjoy your experience! Our Move-in Kit includes theft & fire Insurance, sheets, a duvet, a pillow, a frying pan, a saucepan, a toiletry kit, two plates, two glasses, a mug, silverware, and a shower curtain. Now get out there and seize your opportunity!

What are the dates I can make a reservation?

What's the difference between a Single, Double, and Triple room?

Our rooms are laid out in a similar manner. Each title designates how many beds are in the room. Our rooms are designed for maximum comfort in all scenarios as per standard university living standards. Each student will have their own wardrobe and desk and should have comfort during their 10-week stay in the heart of the world’s finest city!

What is the $175 residence fee for?

INTRNZ.COM provides Fire, Theft and Renters insurance and a complete resident gear pack of living essentials. We provide on-going Membership activities for fun-filled adventures throughout New York City during our intern season. Each INTRNZ.COM intern resident is required to pay the residence fee in order to reside with us.

Are dates flexible or available for prorated rates.

Our dates are fixed for May 27th – August 11th. We are unable to make exceptions on this.

Should we have renter’s insurance?

INTRNZ.COM provides renter’s insurance covered in our Residence Fee payment. INTRNZ.COM does not accept responsibility for any damage incurred to personal property. Parents are encouraged to verify their homeowners’ policies will cover their belongings while living at INTRNZ.com’s intern residence.

What do I have to pay when submitting my reservation?

You must pay the full amount due at the time of booking. If you have any questions please reach out to us via LiveChat, email, or phone!

Does Intrnz offer meal plans?

We do not offer meal plans. However, we do have a communal kitchen for all guests to share.

I love my pet! Can I bring it?

For the sake of the community, we ask you to leave your pets at home for the summer. They’ll be waiting for you when you get home and you’ll have many great stories to share with each other!

What are the security measures in place at 33 Beekman Street, NYC?

Our state-of-the-art intern residence features a 24hr electronic key entry and on-site 24/7 Uniformed Security Officers. We provide a safe and secure environment with an on-site intern residence

When will I receive my room assignment?

You will receive all of your room information during registration, just prior to move-in!

What amenities will you have access to?

Our building offers access to our communal lounge, kitchen, and 24 gym. You will also have access to our free laundry room.

Are payment plans available?

Unfortunately, we do not offer payment plans. For reservations made prior to April 16th, we require a deposit of $250 and the remainder of the balance is due on April 16th. For reservations made one April 16th and beyond, full payment is collected upon reservation request.

Can I live with a friend?

Pending availability, we will do our best to accommodate! Upon check out make sure both of you request each other as preferred roommates :).

Can I select a specific room?

While you will not be able to select a specific room, our building is design in almost a true symmetrical layout! Our building is the largest residence hall in the world and has world class views from all sides.

How many beds are there per room?

This depends on the room style. We have three options, as seen here. Our single rooms feature one bed, our double rooms have two beds, and our triple rooms have three beds. Each bed has an associated wardrobe and desk and is designed for comfortable living space in line with traditional university dorm living.

Do rooms have access to wifi and tv?

Our rooms have wifi. This is included in your normal rate! Each room also has access to a cable port. However, if you’d like to use this, you’ll need your own tv!

Will I have a refrigerator?

Yes! Each room has its own in-suite minifridge and microwave.

Are rooms heated and equiped with air conditioning?

Yes, all of our rooms have both heating and air conditioning!

Who can live with Intrnz?

We have a strict policy regarding who can live with us. This is set in place to ensure the quality of our community. Our property is offered to university students who are coming in for an internship and in some cases also offered to students coming in for a summer course. If you have a question about this, send us an email!

How are double and triple rooms matched?

You are welcome to request a preferred roommate. We match double and triple rooms just prior to move in done in a similar way to most universities. We do the match just prior to move in so we can accommodate as many roommate preference requests as possible.
